Really cool shop but I feel like I was judged because of my car. Took it in for an alignment and when I picked it up I was told there were too many problems with it to perform the alignment. I asked what the problems were, I asked for a printout of the problems, I asked if that was the kind of work they did there which it was, and I asked for an estimate of what it would cost to fix. Left feeling like an inconvenience even though I did pay $55 for their time. I never received the estimate. Have concluded that my car and/or I was just not cool enough to be a customer there. Thumbs down.

Had some alignment issues and the team there fixed them promptly and addressed other issues I was unaware. My van rides much better and I feel way more confident than ever before. Lots of experience and very honest and efficient. Friendly receptionist as well. Thank you

After paying them $2,500 to fix my car I heard a noise. I took it back and they wanted to charge almost $1,000 more for additional fixes! 1) when I trust a company to fix my car and they quote a price to fix it…I feel like it is reasonable to expect it to be fixed for that price. 2) if you as a company make a mistake and miss something the least you can do is not charge $195 an hour in labor to fix it! A discount would be appropriate. Gave a second star because the girl at the front is nice, but as a company they burned my trust and I would not recommend them. I feel taken advantage of. Found a place to do the second repair they missed for almost $300 less!!!!!!

So nice to meet people that are great at what they do, and genuinely enjoying their work. I was told these guys are the best at what they do, and have to agree. Generally I do most work myself, but I needed help with some suspension work that I didn’t have the time or experience to figure out. I’m a details guy and this shop is, too. Make an appointment, be patient and let them do their thing and you’ll be happy with the results. On a final note, pay them. Their pricing is spot on…and considering the quality of their work, a great value.

This place ROCKS!!! I bought a Ford F350 recently, and unfortunately it had the notorious DEATH WOBBLE these trucks sometimes have. After calling Steve and explaining the problem, he was very knowledgeable and assured me that he was very familiar with these trucks and how to conquer this problem. Steve went above and beyond my expectations and not only fixed the problem, but made it to where it’s even better than the flawed factory design. The entire experience of having the work done was fast, easy, straightforward, and quite frankly some of the best customer service I’ve seen in a long time from ANYWHERE. If you have any alignment or suspension needs, THIS IS THE PLACE, HANDS DOWN! You can definitely tell this shop takes pride in their work, which is a difficult thing to find these days!
